basic bank accounts for a sole trader

Can anyone help my ex has left me with a terrible credit report after a divorce and i have just gone self employed but i cannot get a bank account does anyone know i there is a bank out there for buissnes accounts like basic personal accounts, thanks.

In a word no.
What exactly will your turnover be and how do you expect to be paid? (cash or cheques).
You may be able to open a basic account and run it as a sole trader one if turnover is not excessive (and you do not need a chequebook).
Be honest with wherever you try and see what happens.0
