Cod and Haddock for Free at Tesco

I found the Buy Me Free Cod and haddock, took one look at the contents in the box and thought I don't think I'll bother. (I had read this thread y/day and it was the previous post to mine that had come back to haunt me in Mr T's.)

I cook fish in the microwave,
Wash and place in a dish along with 1 tablespoon full of milk. Cover with lid or clingfilm (make a hols in it)
Cook on high for only about 2 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes. Done!

I make a thick parsley sauce and add the milk the fish cooked in when it's done to make it just right.

Another way is microwave some veg too - onion, sliced carrot, pepper, peas, etc. Add these to the cooked fish, pour the sauce over and cover with fresh breadcrumbs or puff pastry. Bake for about 20 mins @ 200 C.

My TMF check is overdue. I called today and they gave me a hard time about it! Anyone they said the checks were being sent from a different company, and that my check had not been sent out yet but that they would "chase it" this afternoon.
