Cod and Haddock for Free at Tesco

At the moment Tesco have got a promotion on their fresh cod and haddock with a Try Me Free offer. It is only running until 27/10/06. Simply purchase the pack, send off your details and by return of post a cheque for the ammount you spend plus postage to maximum if £3.95. For five minutes work it makes a cheap meal, especially if you bag a pack for £3.50-£3.75. And no hassle from the CS sergeant.

    Hi,

I've already done this and it does not say postage back so it costs 2 stamps.

I suppose it would be too much to ask for a misprice on this? Like the Ecover 'Try Me Free' deal?
I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!

It states including postage and they only ask for a 'self addressed envelope' not a 'stamped, addressed envelope' which is something different. So if they refund your receipt price and the postage in my reckoning it costs - nothing!

I'm suspecting the accountant has had a breakdown after receiving back all the claims!! I bet they couldn't believe just how many packs they 'sold' :D The only problem being they probably think it was the 'Try Me Free' deal and don't know the real truth - that Tesco must have GIVEN AWAY thousands of boxes of the stuff!

To OP, good spot, popping in today, so will have a piece of this!

Is there a limit for the amount you are allowed to buy and claim back?
