shared bill??

As the statement says, they hold them jointly liable...as who pays what for what was used is a 3rd party issue.
However, they then admit to removing names if the split of the bill for that tenant is payed.
So, if they needed to forcefit a PP, issue warrants, etc...if not all pay up, it still goes ahead. In the case of a closed account, it's different.
Whilst they state they won't remove names, they will have to do one of several things whether settnig up seperate accounts for each, setting up new accounts to remove each persons liability as they pay etc or just tell the debt collector to only look for certain people and reduced the sold debt.
Eitherway, it accomplishes the same on a closed account.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
