Signed JSA but no payment in bank yet ?

I had signed on at job centre for my JSA last tuesday (between 1:00pm and 1:30pm) as I did signed on at 1:15pm but no payment was issues in my bank today ? I thought they told me it take 3 working days to get into your bank ?

Not happy at all.

If so claim may not have processed yet. Give jobseekers allowance a ring and ask.

yes it first payment. I had rang up the benefit payment department and they told me that I won't getting any payment until 2nd signed on in a fortnight time because of my last payment was already pay to me from my last ESA payment in a fortnight ago. I told them that was 2 weeks ago but now I am facing 2 weeks arrears with no money ? They ask me I can borrow loan from them but had to pay back every penny. I say no thanks I can't afford to pay back.

First payments do take a while to sort out. Mine took 3 weeks or so.
