Wireless PCI LAN adapter (wrong one ordered)

Hi I started a thread about a cheap donlge, after lots of questions and answers i opted for a LAN adapter, i was told to get a PCI on whivh was on Ebay, however, the piece of kit has come but its not the same connection to the pc, whicg is a Dell.
here are 2 pictures, the adapter and the slot, but as you can see the 2 are differents, so my question now is what do i need???

Correct. Unscrew the antenna. Push the side with the strip of gold connectors on into the slot. Its nigh on impossible to get the wrong connector into the wrong slot.0

Noooooo...
Don't try to unscrew the antenna. 
Come on, it's just like a jigsaw with a single piece. Begin from the inside. Put the antenna side outside from the inside, line up the slots and press in gently but firmly.
Use the screw to fix the plate to the frame. Easy peasy.
