That's soooo annoying hawkster. My envelope was slightly open so perhaps yours fell out. As zoold said email them and tell them the envelope wasn't stuck down properly. Fingers crossed they'll send you another one. I wonder how many mascaras are at the bottom of the posties bags??? :think:
