Limiting calls to within 1 hour

Is there any way/product that can enable me to either terminate a call or sound an alarm tone before the call reaches 1 hour? I just want to stop my wife making calls for more than an hour. I tell her to hang up and redial, but she doesn't and doesn't keep an eye on the timer on the handset.
I know a phone system/PBX can limit call length, but that is just too expensive. I wonder if anyone has another method?
I have an old Orchid dialler which I no longer use, which I should put back into service. I need to read all the info on this forum about to configure it. Can the Orchid limit calls length?
PS. I'm using BT for line & calls, with Unlimited Anytime plan.
I want to start using the Orchid again to route the mobile calls out.

Pull the phone plug from the wall, that will stop her calls.;):)0

I have done that occasionally. I've pulled the power from the cordless base station while she's upstairs on the phone. I can't do it too many times as she'll realise I'm doing it.

What about one of those timer gadgets that are used in the kitchen? You/she can set it for 55 mins and it will buzz giving her 5 mins warning for goodbyes or to hang up and redial.0
