I have my Gas and Elec from EDF and they have sent me a letter asking if I want to go onto this plan. It has a slip that I have to sign and send back in the prepaid envelope.
Has anyone else has this letter and understand what it's all about? Anything to do with Gas/Elec confuses the hell out of me and it just goes over my head!
Any advice would be appreciated.
