Do you have a print-out of the quote? Did you sign an agreement which had the extras and cost outlined? I think it may come down to whether the details were there for you to see and whether you read the small print.

If you feel you have a case for refund, you need to contact them in writing (recorded mail). There is good advice on the Consumer Direct site about writing letters, but as they are a Spanish company UK reg's will not apply.

Another possible avenue is to get a refund through your credit card company if you can prove you were genuinely overchraged. HTH.

Exactly as trumpton says. Surely you were told the full amount when you collected the car, and therefore had the opportunity to decline any extras which were not in the quote? (the exception being fuel, which was probably in the Ts & Cs as an extra).

Simply let your credit card compay know that you have only agreed to pay £63 and send them all the paperwork you have. Will save you a lot of effort!!
