Where I work "full time" is classed as taking modules that either equal or are more than 90 credits. In order to pass in 3 years you need to take an average of 120 credits a year.
But yes in terms of "value for money" there is a great disparity between the contact hours on each course. Sounds as though you have a reasonable amount of contact though.0 -

Contact hours aren't that valuable for degree level study and courses shouldn't really be assessed as "value for money" based on them.0 -
I just started Uni on a Foundation programme/year (A levels) for one year then I start my HR degree next September. I do 12 hours a week in classes and roughly 8 hours a week at home.
The uni classes this as full time, I should be doing 15 hours a week but I already have two English GCSEs so I didnt need to do English.0
