I would like to see sufficient information about restaurants, transport, shops, etc in the vicinity of the hotels you use. It drives me mad when I need to research this myself. I like to know if I'm going to go stir-crazy before I get there!0

When I book through the internet I can see in front of me (and print out) what I have booked.
On the telephone I have to trust the operator that they have heard me correctly and booked what I want. Mistakes do/can happen, If I make them whilst booking on the internet I take full responsibility for that and the consequences.
Phone bookings I'm not so sure - mistake sir ''We 'll have to listen to the tape sir'' we'll get back to you - sorry sir we have booked what you ordered but as a goodwill we'll change the booking for a fee - SOUNDS FAMILIAR???
What If I e-mail you at say 8 o'clock at night - will I get a quick response?
I know with a live booking system whatever time it is I get what I want or I'll go somewhere else.0 -
Thanks everyone for continuing to add to this! All suggestions are being taken on board.
I hope that when you start up you provide better customer service than go2spain.co.uk.
Yes, we need to - as we are aiming for a high level of referrals & repeats. Being a long-haul operator this is critical - and you don't get this through bad customer service!

We intend to offer a 'tips' sheet on all hotels - outlining nearby facilities, good local 'beach shack restauranrs' etc. After all, lots of people want to be in the middle of no-where - it's just crucial they are aware before they book!

Probably! Although I'd rather be at home! The nature of our destinations means we are primarily an offline business. So we'd have to be transparent at all times, and provide quick service.0
