Well not in Travelodges - from their T & Cs

Family Rooms: Maximum number of occupants is 4 (including babies & children), in the following combinations:
    2 adults, 2 children (under 16)
3 adults, 1 child or 1 baby in a cot (cots are available at some Hotels, depending on availability)
2 adults, 2 babies in cots (dependant on space available in the room)
You should speak directly to the Hotel to confirm availability of cots and room size

    Nor Holiday Inn, who say
Up to 2 children under the age of 18 stay free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults if suitable accommodation is available.

However, you might be in luck with a Premier Inn if I'm reading their T & Cs right, providing that one of your children is under two and will sleep in a cot (which you may need to request) - I suggest you check with them if my understanding of this is correct. They say

Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 and under (and a child under 2 years in a cot), or a maximum of 2 adults.

I’m sure there are other hotels out there that would have larger rooms but don’t know offhand which - perhaps some other posters have ideas.
