You can reclaim ESA at any time. There is a 3 months time limit for backdating.
However, if you reclaim from a date within 6 months of being disallowed, you will normally have to satisfy the ESA medical first. If you reclaim from a date more than 6 months after being disallowed, the claim will normally be accepted - but the ESA medical will still be applied soon after.0 -
