thoughts on tesco points insurance...

i like to collect points too so wondering thoughts on this for a cat a few months old. thanks in advance. what is the excess with tesco insurance? rough cost? small print for vaccinations etc if any...thanks also does anyone pay the points with their clubcard?

    I took out insurance with Tesco for our kitten when he was just over 6 months old and had had his op, been chipped and vaccinated. It was too expensive beforehand, and he was not going out, in any event.

    They only cover you for £2500 per condition for 12 months so if your cat has a long term condition once that post of money runs out you are not covered for that condition anymore.
  • To get free/reduced cost vet treatment through the PDSA you have to be on benefits; but they do run their own insurance product which is entirely separate.
    No insurance will pay for vaccinations, btw.
