DVD Rental/Database Software?

I am looking for DVD rental/database software, preferably freeware. It is going to be used in a gym to loan movies to members as an incentive type scheme.

The software will be running on xp and if at all possible would like it to be compatible with fingerprint recognition.

you'd be hard pressed to find finger print recognition software for free.

Why don't you just write the database yourself, takes less than an hour.

Fingerprint recognition, is expensive, I'd be amazed if you could find it for free.

Thanks for your responses, I didn't really think I would get fingerprint recognition for free but hey you never know.

Actually I have a friend who is going to write a program for me as I haven't the foggiest about programming or databases but I rock at online gaming:)
