Praise for EDF

An ex housemate kindly stole two of the three keys for our electricity meters, the result was we had one meter run out, one about to run out and one with plenty of electricity.
We rang EDF at 730pm tonight and they sent a very helpful engineer out at 8.30 who gave us new keys there and then. He also put some credit on the meter that had run out to save us the hassle.
He told us his office had rang and him and badgered him to try and get to us asap. Apparantly he was not far from us so fitted us in before having to go out of the area.
Well done Mr EDF engineer and well done Ms EDF customer services lady.
My housemates have all come to the conclusion that electricity is very underrated...
