A couple of quick (blonde haha) PPI reclaim questions

I have finally got round to looking at reclaiming but i'm not actually sure I have had PPI or that i would have a case?

I took out an initial loan of £5000 in July 2007 and the paperwork i have just fished out states "creditcare bronze cover" and on the agreement there is "the insurance loan"

Does this all mean PPI??

Also, then in December 2008 I renewed the loan to £10,000 and on that agreement there is no note of either of the above?
Does that mean i only paid PPI for 18months? and as such is it worth me claiming?

if so, where do i start?

    Hi there

I would contact them direct to check on this first, the previous loan stated looks like PPI, and they will be able to confirm on the phone if this was taken out on the new loan or not.

To make a reclaim if mis sold for any reason, its just a matter of completing a questionnaire, send to whoever set up and sold you the product, keep all copies of what you send and receive in case you need to refer to them at some point.

They have 8 weeks to give a decision, but may ask for more time.
    Reclaiming questionnaire here:

    Good luck.
