COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry to the competition is free. No proof of purchase is required to enter.
2. Entries can only be accepted via the online entry form that can be found at www.baylisandharding.com
3. Judging of entries, and the management of the draw, will be by senior managers at Baylis & Harding, and one independent judge.
4. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. Entrants need to be aged 18 years or over in order to take part.
6. Entry is restricted to residents of UK and Republic of Ireland only.
7. The competition will close on January 3rd 2011, and the winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone by January 10th 2011.
8. The winner's name will be available on www.baylisandharding.com after January 17th 2010.
9. The winner must agree to have their name and photograph featured on the website www.baylisandharding.com, and cooperate within reason in any PR exercises that may be undertaken to support the promotion. Any costs incurred will be borne by the promoter.
10. The main prize is one all expenses paid holiday worth up to £2000 including all taxes, to be taken before 30th November 2011.
11. The winner will be able to specify the number of passengers, destination, accommodation and board basis, departure airport, and travel dates providing these fall within the maximum price, duration and dates previously stated.
12. The holiday is non-transferable. Should the prize winner not wish to take the holiday the draw will be re-taken.
13. As the holiday is managed by an external company, all holidays are subject to availability at time of booking. If the first choice is not available, the winner will be asked to submit alternative selections.
14. There is no cash alternative to the main prize.
15. All entrants to the competition will receive a £5 discount voucher after the main prize winner has been notified.
16. The £5 voucher is redeemable only against online sales of £20 or more, made at www.baylisandharding.com.
