Nearly everything apart from a a solid, undamaged piece of pipe can leak.
But I must admit I wouldn't take a hammer to one.
Saying all this though has anyone asked the OP if there are not isolators in the pipes leading up from the floor to the taps. :eek:Not Again0 -
