    Hi, can anyone help me?
I placed an order yesterday for 4 of the Sanctuary OOTW and bought some bits and bobs so I could boost my total to £100 to collect the additional 1000 points on top of the extra points for spending £50. I have received an email from Boots just now saying they were unable to fill my order and are not sending me any of the Sanctuary sets just the other items. It says at the bottom of the email 'You will still receive all Boots Advantage card points promised' - does that mean that even though my order now comes to less than £100 I will still receive the 3000 points?
    Thanks

Well, if that's what the e-mail says then yes, you will still get the full points.

So not to confuse anyone, this is LAST YEARS OOTW and not this years set :D

    Ahhh memories!!

That set was the year before last. £50 down to £25, 3 for 2, 1000 automatic points for spending £50 and a code for 500 points wys £50.
So 3 sets for £50 and £17 back in points - those were the days:rotfl:

Thanks for the speedy response Frogling. I just wanted to check I wasnt reading the email wrong as it seems a bit crazy they are going to offer the 3000 points when i am now only spending £30 - not complaining though although obviously I havent got my Sanctuary sets now, but I can nip into town after work tomorrow and hopefully be able to pick some up then

Can anyone advise please, tomorow is a christmas shopping eveing in our local store, 1200 points for a £50 spend. I shall be spending £50 as I want a gift set for hubby, I will be using my love to shop vouchers, now in the back of the voucher book there is an additional 500 points if you spend £50 of vouchers, do you think SA will accept this? I spent the same in manchester last year and the SA drew my attention to the voucher in the back and gave me extra 500 points. Also if any item is out of stock on a special shopping event, if they can order it do you still qualify for the 1200 points?
    Thanks

Give your store a call, i did today and asked if they had the items i wanted in stock as they have been like gold dust the last week and they've said they'll reserve them for tomorrow afternoon/evening. So it might be worth a call, that is they have your items in stock they can reserve them.

I'll wait and see tomorrow if they are actually waiting for us! Guy was very helpful though.

Not sure about that, they have so many vouchers themselves and they tend to be strict about rules....You can but try!
