WELL DONE CCCS - not! HELP PLEASE WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Well I am back to depressed.
following on from my previous thread dated> some 8 months ago!
(All I need is £10k)
After some many months.. and far more intrest charges and this and that fees.. I am NO WHERE! but probably worse off!!
CCCS have refused to help me due to me not being able to prove my income as its rental. The letter isnt good enough from me and .. well theres no way round what they want me to do.. END OF.
I dont want to think about them ANYMORE!!
So.. my question now is..
Can I do the same as what CCCS would have done for me?
Can I contact the creditors and offer payment and request them freeze or hold the accounts in question on MY OWN BEHALF?
Would I get anywhere doing this if I send the same ish letter that they would have sent?
Is there a letter on this forum somehwre I can copy and send?
CCCS had already worked out for me a total repayment of £200 per month over 3.6 years.
Fine by me.. but I didnt know the ins and outs of what they were paying where and to who etc.
I am so upset cos I was living in but affording the overdraft with my current account but CCCS said they MUST include this debt too.. so I gave up my debit card (used to pay bills over phone most the time) and moved all my direct debits to an account thats a basic with no debit cards or cheque books to HSBC in an event to do as they said. Also.. the letter to my bank advising CCCS would be getting involved prompted Santander to withdraw my overdraft limit and now in theory I am in UN AUTHORISED overdraft £15 short of £3k!
I got the call today from CCCS saying they couldnt go ahead with my debt management plan. THEYVE PULLED THE PLUG ON ME!!
ALSO>
CCCS advised me not to pay any creditors any thing else whilst they were putting my Debt Management plan in place.
AM am now in a worse off position than when I started this.
WELL DONE CCCS :T:T:T
Today after coming off the phone I was crying so hard.. near suicidal dare I say it. Yet I had my one year old son next to me. How can I think like this? Its like the world is against me.

Hi
You absolutely can do your own debt management plan. National debtline website has some template letters that can help you as well as advice on calculating the reduced pro-rata payments to pay to everyone http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/pdf/self_help_pack/credit_debts.pdf , or CCCS often will let people have templates to use themselves when they cannot help.
When did you last pay anyone? if its been a while then sending any payment (even a token payment just for now is better than nothing) whilst you work out a payment plan would be a good idea.
There are a number of people doing their own self-managed DMPs, saltnvinegar is one and I'm sure will help you through it, this is a thread started by her(?) Letter to creditors when setting up DMP ,
You might also find help on this thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1597891 (its not been used for a few months but still should have some good advice already posted).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Don't feel so depressed. If you have your son next to you, look at him and then you will realise what's really important in life. As people have said before, they cannot take money you don't have. There are solutions. You can do it yourself or try someone like national debtline or citizens advice bureau. If you do it yourself, the national debtline has alot of info on there. And let your son bring a smile to your face.

That's awful, i'm on a dmp with cccs and i've never had to provide proof of my income and they stressed to me the importance of continuing with nominal payments to everyone until my dmp started so it sound slike you got some really duff information there. I can't offer any advice other than to say i would try for the dmp elsewhere bit only through charities not the private firms who pocket a fee.
As for the basics bank account, i just opened one with lloyds tsb (called their cash account) and i've got a visa debit card (can only be used in lloyds machines though) and full internet banking and everything, the only thing i don't get is interest, but i never have any money anyway so not an issue or a chequbook ut they'll be osolete soon anyway, so you could maybe try lloyds if you want a debit card back.
Good luck and hope you get everything sorted soon0 -

If you are running a property investment business perhaps you should be speaking to Business Debtline:

We had to provide proof of income, wages, all benefits etc
I don't have any advice for you only to tell you I know that feeling, but never let it get the better of you, its only money at the end of the day and they can't take what you don't have0 -
I also had to prove income and wages etc.
An overdraft is regarded as a debt so should be included in the dmp...I was advised to change my bank account to a basic one and include the overdraft as part of the dmp. I've got a Natwest Step account with online banking and Visa debit card. You need to find an account not linked to any of your creditors.
You shouldn't pay creditors outside of your dmp as this is being seen as favouring creditors and can jeopardise your dmp.
By all means, go it alone, nothing wrong in that but creditors will still be unhappy if you do any of the above.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

If its rental income could you not provide your tax return? Or rent receipts? Or any agreements you have with your tenants?
CCCS have been absolutley brilliant with me and I couldn't have done this without them.
