Poor mans Sat Nav.....

If you had any sense you'd hot-foot it down to your local Staples store and head for the clearance tables, where they are selling off discontinued Sat Nav units. The Bluemedia (Evesham) 6300 units are reduced to £90 (RRP £299) and the Cybercom (Medion) PNA150 units are marked at £90, but go through the tills at £50. Both use a Windows CE OS, so can be customised to run other Windows CE programs (incl. TomTom Navigator
).
Do you have any more info on these? Have a local Staples, and £50 for a unit would suit me fine!

More info about the units themselves:

A damn good buy for £50... i'll be off to staples after work...It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -

Perfectly legal, too ... it's called a clearance bargain - see the other Staples threads for networking bargains.
BTW, Evesham Technologies are selling refurbished Bluemedia BM6300 units on ebay for £119 BIN plus £5.99 postage - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Clearance-Evesham-PNA150-Destinator-SATNAV-UK-Maps_W0QQitemZ190038460793QQihZ009QQcategoryZ4668QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
They are accepting best offers too
These come with the latest Destinator software and 6 months of free speed camera updates. If you want, though, you can exploit the perfectly legal loophole to unlock these and run other Pocket PC programs.0
