Incapacity Benefit

Hi I am new on here so please bare with me if i am doing this wrong! i just wondered can anyone tell me if my partner who is in full time work moves in with me will i lose my incapacity benefit? I have been on long term sick since 2008 and lived on my own, i get the long term rate, i know i will lose my HB nad CT but need to know if i can still have my Incapacity and DLA thanks alot

Incapacity benefit and DLA are not income based. They are based on care/mobility needs (DLA) and for Incap being too sick to work but having paid enough NI contributions to claim. It shouldn't affect these two benefits unless your health improves. HB and CTB are income based so they will be affected as you will have additional income coming into the home.The Cabbage
