Help with Mikomi card reader

I have a mikomi card reader just plugged in and wanted to download some pics on my laptop well the little square page has gone where u click on then u have the option to save pics or not ?

    Plug it in, right click removable disk
    Properties

    Can't remember what it's called, but there is a dialogue box option drop down menu in the first or second tab that says "perform the following action"

    It's probably set to "do nothing"

    Make sure the option called pictures is selecting and choose open with imaging and picture viewer (or w/e action you want to do)
