Thank the lord CMEC is being axed,
The plans for 12%/15%/18% of gross pay were ridiculous as the mathematics were all wrong, 12% gross is more than the 15% net.0 -

From 2011, the Commission will introduce a new statutory maintenance scheme (the future scheme), based on latest available tax year information from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. Using information from a single source is expected to significantly reduce the time taken to calculate child maintenance. The maintenance award will be fixed for a year unless income varies by more than 25%.

No longer an NDPB (or where appropriate non ministerial department or public corporation) - subject to the spending review and, where appropriate, to impact assessment and consultation these bodies be abolished or change status. Some bodies will be abolished and their functions discontinued. For others, functions may be devolved or transferred, or a new status, such as charity or private firm, will be explored.*SIGH*

it'll just be another name change above the door.
same staff, same computer, same incompetence, etc, etc, etc.
the only light is the fact that under the DWP "wing" they'll be more accountable, so i can see a lot more success when fighting their screw ups.
eh blob??
NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:You don't have much experience with the DWP then? They are just as bad as the CSA.
they're probably as bad, if not worse.
fortunately for those on the recieving end of their incompetence. they (in theory) will be more accountable, so wheras at the moment they can just run riot and destry people on a whim without fear of reprisal, under the governing of the DWP they can be held accountable.
also from what i can gather their lack of crown immunity and the fact that they are detested by the other gov depts, then i can see a lot of head rolling!! :rotfl:NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

You may not have to wait that long, I am in Court on Friday, and have asked for arrest warrants to be issued for the CEO and the case officer on this case! To a degree I have the support of my MP on this point. There are other actions I have asked the Court to look into and hand down judgments on as well!
Before people try to jump on me, I am the defendant in this action, they started it, and Fairfax will also end up under investigation by the Law Soc, as well as the professional standards part of the ILEX.0 -
Good luck Blob and let us know how you get on!
Let's hope justice is done0
