hi all im new hear and after a few answers

i owe Marks and Spencers £5k on a credit card , questions is i have lots of defaults on this account could this affect things if looking at getting some rebate from miss sold payment protection insurance ?
other question is what company have been naughty ?

Hi and welcome gemma.

Were you mis sold the ppi for any reason?
If so then your able to make a reclaim, and if your successful, any refund will be awarded towards the debt or the arrears on the debt and anything remaining and interest I assume would be refunded to you.
