Beneficial Claims (again) update

After Beneficial Claims have now caused my family to be £19,000 more in debt, I have contacted the Media and the local BBC and have now got a Barrister to go through all paperwork for legal action against the company. I am not prepared to give up even if my case ever gets resolved. I do not want other people to have to go through what we have had to endure the last 13/14 months.
I have contacted the MOJ and they have re-assured me that a criminal investIgation is underway and Trading Standards are also involved. If anyone wants to contact the MOJ then the more complaints the better.
I am continuing the fight..please take note of my awful experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

But how can you be against a company which has re-branded as "We Fight Any Claim"?
