Court injunction?

I would like to seek an opinion if I could.....
Lloyds TSB has registered a Default against my Sister In Law despite
a) Acknowledging the Account is in dispute
b) The matter being within their complaints process
c) The matter being within the FOS complaints process
d) contrary to the Banking Code of Practice (Now Lending Guidelines)
I appreciate that I have other areas that I can explore but her main concern is getting the Default removed quickly.
Does anyone believe that an injunction would be effective.
It wont, of course, alter the dispute. But, in the short term, it is hoped that this will remove the default from her file.
Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Well an injunction certainly would be effective. However it could be difficult (and expensive) to obtain one. It probably would'nt be worth it.0
