I have received a pcn for £60 for not payin and displaying...i emailed excel informing them i had paid as i remembered the day well ..it was raining and the drivers window wouldnt close ..the electics were faulty..it took a while to partcially close the window I purchased the ticket for 2 hours £1.20. They say it was the camera ..the photo took us going in but I was late puchasing the ticket by 19mins so the fine stands but I only took 50 mins in all from entering to exiting so I think ive overpaid for my time there I emailed them again saying all this and received a letter back telling me it still stands and not to appeal again as there is nothing else to say..when someone told me about this site..thank goodness for forums like this

I assume having read the forums that you are just going to ignore them from now on?

Don't contact them. There is no such thing as an appeal with these clowns, as you have discovered. Just ignore and they will give up.
