Good morning,
I have spent the weekend composing a letter to send to Nat West regarding disproportionate bank charges that have been made on my account. I know realise that I haven't got an address for their head office! Can anybody help? I worried that if I send the letter to my branch it will just get left on a desk somewhere. HELP, Thanks, Sally
