childs bike seat/trailer?
hello
im looking for alittle advice really. we plan to get bikes for the family at xmas (in a bid to spend more time outside etc) however ds3 is just 2 so too little for his own.
we want something to put him in when we ride. i know a seat might be the most obvious, hubby did have one for his DS1 but he used to clip his heels on the seat, i also have a HUGE problem with them, as a 2 year old i was on a bike seat and caught my leg in the wheel and broke my leg (a long time ago, a very old seat hehe) so i have some reservations about them.
we are debating a trailer but are worried it might not be very safe! so can anyone give me any advice, do you use a seat or a trailer? which is easiest to use, getting child in and out etc?
any advice would be appreciated thank you
