Itunes I dont like the new version!!

Had lots of trouble last night when I attached ipod to pc. Havent done it for weeeks and wouldnt seem to let me continue unless I downloaded the new version of I tunes. after I did this it caused me no end of problems and I just donr like it. I want the old one back as I am used to it. Whats the best way of getting the old one back without losing all the music. I think I still have the original older version of i tune on disc somewhere .

Back up this folder and then uninstall iTunes.
