Is it to late to claim ppi back from capital one credit card
I originally refused to take the ppi but I was pestered with calls trying to make me take it and eventually gave in
I dont even think I was working at the time or if i was it was only for a few hours per week

    Hi there

I made a successful reclaim on a credit card ppi that was taken out in 2001.
You were obviously pressurised and may possibly have reasons for reclaim.

Follow the guidelines below, complete the reclaiming questionnaire, send to whoever set this up and keep copies of all you send and receive, in case you need to refer to it at some point.
They have 8 weeks to give a decision, may ask for more time.

    Good luck.
