Hi,
I do a few presentations / information fairs etc for work and often struggle to have the company website running due to lack of wireless access (we're often in sports centres or village halls with no connection) and running a dongle for the entire day is costly - and not always great coverage.
The last couple of times I have used scrapbook in Firefox to download a version of the website to run - which works ok, links etc all work. However, this means I have to take my laptop as it's downloaded onto this one only. So here's my question!
Can I download a 'working' copy (ie links within the website work -I know links to external sites will require internet access) onto disc or usb drive so that anyone going to a presentation can take it with them and run through their lap top? Does that make sense to anyone!?!
Cheers

Depending how big the website is.
Get a USB pendrive. Create a folder called Website.
Then go onto the website, go to each page and press File -> Save Page As -> Select Webpage Complete
Save it on your newly created folder.
To start the website, find the index.html page usually.
To speed things up, you should go and speak to website adminstrator, as they will have easy access to all pages which you could just ask for a copy of.0
