Bailiffs - even though I paid

Hi there,
One of the drivers in our company picked up a penalty charge notice from Westminster City Council last year which we had no idea about and now Philips have been hassling us!!
At the end of last year we had two letters of attendance from bailiffs so we sent them a cheque for the amount stated on the attendance notice but the next day we got another attendance notice. We called Philips and told them we had sent the cheque that same day so the debt would be cleared, but now they are sending us new letters stating we still owe them money and they will send baiiffs round again!
What should we do??:mad:

Can you please create a new thread about this, hijacking threads won't get you an answer as people won't see itExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
