To celebrate the British harvest, Waitrose and vegetable supplier Produce World are giving customers the chance to win one of 1,000 limited-edition porcelain serving bowls, designed and produced by Jersey Pottery with an illustration by Karine Daisa. For your chance to win simply enter your details below.

Found on a bag of charlotte potatoes in waitrose.

Closing date for entries is midnight on 30/11/10.
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter or the Retailer, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition (or any of their immediate families) are excluded.
Customers may enter by following the instructions detailed on the website or by sending in their name and address details to the Lifestyle Incentives Ltd address set out below.
Entries are limited to one per household. Multiple entries, submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems, are not permitted and will not be entered into the draw.
There are 1,000 special limited edition Autumnal serving bowls to be won. Dimensions are approximately 24 x 10 x 18cm.
The 1,000 winners will be drawn at random on 03.12.10 by an independent adjudicator
