I had a bad experience at asda last week it but it is the second time it has happened in there (regarding the staff) to give a quick outline of it one of the staff there threw a capri sonne drink directly at my face and it skimmed past me and landed on top of the mini fridges you get at the tills anyway i and my mum had a go at them where they were just taking the !!!! then he all of a sudden couldn't speak english and said oh sorrrryyyyyy. before all this had gone on they were insulting a white older member of staff about her appearance. Anyway i didn't have time to wait for managers etc as i had to be somewhere so when i got home that night i emailed asda and said i believe it is also racial (i am white they are a gang of asians) as they have started before about something different.
Now i have emailed them i have had no response do you think i should email again or go into that local store over the weekend (it is very rare i shop at Asda but there are not many supermarkets where i live) they really have peed me off anyway sorry for the rant but what should i do why should i let them get away with this would they like someone to treat their mother like this? I would never let my staff treat the clients like this. Please suggest what i should do thanks x

Why did someone throw a drink directly at your face?0

Not really, I think he was just trying to work out whether the drink was deliberately thrown at the OP, or whether the staff were throwing it around, and it just happened to hit the OP.
Either way, not something the staff should be doing - but one's a bit more serious than the other.
Is it possible to call your branch or their customer service centre instead of email? Might help things get done a bit quicker if you have someone to talk to properly.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
OP, both incidents were possible beaches of the Public Order Act, the second incident was also racially aggravated."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

If I was in the area im afraid Id pay more and go waitrose, staff a lot better
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
