You can just ring and mention the site dosent work properly, they probably wont fix it unless we tell them, i will ring first thing and report it , can i ask others to do the same

Have you tried calling the website support line, it is adifferent number to the catalogue irder line but unfortunately an 0845 number. Ironically it is on the website so not v good if the site isn't working! :rolleyes:

Just had the order confirmed by email but the code for £10 off isnt showing only the 10% code is shown - is this normal or has the other code not been accepted

any advice most appreciated

I thought you could use one XX... and one ZG... code at the same time

Am I wrong - if so I will phone them and cancel the order and then re order using the other code

Just phoned LX and you are indeed correct Deanos - only one code can be used - they have said that once I receive the item give them a ring and they will cancel the 10% discount and apply the £10 discount and £3-50 free postage and packaging
