On 11/10 I placed an order for £61.99 plus delivery. I used the 2 codes mentioned by katierose & paid by my Halifax visa debit card. Both the discounts were applied so the amount paid was £34.29. On my bank statement though £59.29 has been taken, but then a credit of £25.00.
Order was delivered yesterday, very pleased

Hmmmm I do have a visa card but the woman made it sound as if it was a Littlewoods Visa card a/c, which I thought was something different. So if anyone does try the £25 off discount be aware you have to have a visa card. I didn't want to put in my card details so opted for the charge to account. The CS woman said more or less why didn't I use my card! Strange as you get 2 options even though I have a visa card.

Just to add the CS woman asked for my account password! I gave it to her and now on my a/c it says that I cannot change any personal details...

be carefull stacking codes i used the £25 off code with the 10% discount , only the 10% came off when i checked my bank statement!

It did on mine aswell, but see my earlier post as on the statement was also a £25 credit....so both the discounts had been applied! May be worth checking your bank statement

OK i don't know what to do now. On the screen where you put the ZQ4322 code and the 10%xx494 code it shows my order total as £5.49 but when I go through to the payment screen it is showing the full cost of £33.49.

Do I just pay by card and hope for the best? I don't really want to buy this item at full price as I can get it cheaper at Argos.

What do I do?

Is the full price showing before or after you put in your details?

Discounts should be off just before you press the sumit button offer.

It's showing the full price on the page where you have to type in your card details. The previous page where you type in the codes shows the discounted price.

I'm getting worried it won't work!!!!:eek:

I think it should be okay to continue (as it says order value)if the discounts dont come of i would then send then item back.



i think it always does that but the discount is of in your email they send
