Retentions number for BT?

I've emailed bt to get more information about my broadband contract which runs out in the next few days. No reply to email. Apparently they were better when we could PM the BT Rep here at MSE directly...
anyway, I need to get this sorted out because if they aren't going to offer me a better rate than I have now, I will cancel my BB.

Is there a customer retentions number or any UK customer service number? I'm not mentally strong enough to try to deal with the India call centre :rotfl:
