help importing/retrieving Outlook emails

To cut a long story short my PC recently had a virus and went into a PC shop for repair. I collected it today but had to reinstall outlook, broadband software etc and although I've imported my emails (file; import etc) not all of them are there and I'm not sure why? I have no recent sent items and I had several subfolders that are missing?

Can anyone help? I'm not that technical but can follow instructions if anyone can assist!

Also my husband and I have seperate email addresses on one account and emails used to arrive in the either mine or his depending to whom they were sent. Now they all arrive in the main inbox rather than his or mine .... again, can anyone help?
