hi i knowhow you feel i have been on tax credits for 3 years getting the same amount 265 per week and last month my payments have been cut to 100 per week with no circumstances changing .i recieved my award notice and have been told after april 12th my payments will be 180, with 5 kids this is a big diffrence in money coming in

That would be my advice too. Take in all your documentation. Your records can be called up on their computer screen and they have a direct line they can ring, they should be able to sort it out for you over the phone.
