i would try and avoid speaking to anyone who will want payment. sometimes if you tell them you are going br they increase their efforts to make you pay...so i would just try and put them off if you can. it's not ideal but you'll soon get to your br day0

Also, while i am waiting to go to court.. what do i do if i get anyone calling wanting to take payments from me?? just say i am in the process of going bankrupt?
