in Credit cards
Hi
Just some advice please I have over the past year built up my credit history I currently have a BC with a £3000 credit limit with 0 balance and a Tesco MC with £3000 balance £150 on a 0%.
I am interested in getting a Cashback credit card and getting a little bit back from it. I pay my balances in full every month.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this card and Egg. And importantly how easy are they to get them
And what kind of Limits do they give
Nikki

Hi
Anyone Please
0 -
Easy one first...
They give limits that are 'subject to status'. If I say I've got a £5K limit on mine (old pre monthly charge one), someone else will say they only got £500...so it won't really be of any help to you?what kind of Limits do they give
That said, it's fair to say that this product does not have (or did not have under it's old guise) a reputation for giving large limits. But then again cashback cards are designed to be repaid in full each month so unless you're spending over £1,500 per month then a £3K limit would suffice?
You're aware of the £12 per year fee for this card? There are other cards which do not charge a fee such as the Virgin Charity card. It only offers 0.8% cashback but at least it's 'clean', ie no fees.

Thanks
Yorkshire boy that's great, With Virgin cards do you have to have a immaculate credit history, I think mine is okay .. I also had a look at the CO OP card which looks quite good !!
Thanks
