Google checkout problem

My wife ordered a camera from a electrical company and used the google checkout to pay. The money has gone out of her bank account but the goggle checkout account hasn't created an order reference number. With out the order reference number you can't do any thing. Can anybody help?

Hi I have never used Google check out but I would say contact google and tell them you have proff the money was taken so they should be able to help you.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
