How do I delete my windows messenger account. I beleive it has been compromised so need to delete?

why not just change the password, that would prevent others/the hackers logging in from remote locations, or is your computer infected so they got the password from your PC
but to delete log into hotmail hover your mouse over your name in the top right corner, select 'account' in the menu that pops up then scroll down to the bottom and select 'delete this account' or words to that effect.0
