If you are talking about ADSL Broadband over a phone line then, no. But you can migrate from one ISP to another which only involves a couple of hours downtime at the most.

i suppose you could have both a cable provider and a bt based adsl, but double line rental etc would be involved.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0
