I agree but I am more concerned that they tell me I cannot have it at all! The latest call has them telling me that, because of where my box had to be located because of signal strength, caller ID is not available in my property. If you ask me, there is an error on their system and the call center guys cannot be bothered to check it out properly!!
Who ever told you that is talking out of his hoop!!Signal strength has nothing to do with CLI.That is a CATV issue that can affect Broadband or TV services.0
