I've had a confirmation that its been dispatched to store, do I get another when I can pick it up?

I noticed today that my money for this item has been refunded into my bank account.
I didn't receive anything telling me it was at the store to collect, or that it was being refunded due to stock/error etc.
Confused?!

My order has been cancelled and money refunded, didn't get an email had to check on my account on their website - not good!!!!

I got a telephone call to say they were ready to be collected. I picked them up today and was well impressed - three sets for £3.74. Thanks for this.

I agree with you, just checked on mine, and it says part-complete, item not available, would have been nice to have at least get an e-mail from them regarding this. Very disappointing! :mad:

Mine got refunded, but today i got an email saying they are ready to collect from store

Mine were refunded back to may account. I phoned them up and they said is was part complete but they were showing in stock so they put it back through.
A few days later it refunded back to my account again.
Not sure if they have them in stock and its a system error?
